💲Fee Mechanism

As mentioned, DOTins will introduce a minting fees with two purposes:

• Managing inscriptions transactions inflow to guarantee all chains’ health

• To fund all R&D initatives, from upgrades in DOTins’ platform to assist the community in building PolkaMAPS

The fees will be applied on top of the gas fess and we are introducing dynamic fee rates that will be adjusted by the founding team. As inflow grows to unsustainable levels, DOTins will update its fees to make sure there’s no major negative impact in the network.

These are, for now, the only source of revenue for DOTins and as mentioned, it will be used to guarantee further development without the need to request funds from Polkadot’s treasury or any other external source of funding.
